Delivery & Returns Policy for PicknMixStamps.com

Delivery

1.1. We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 2pm on the same working day, Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched on the next working day.

1.2. We offer delivery via Royal Mail for all orders within the UK. For international delivery, please contact us at info@picknmixstamps.com for a quote before placing your order.

1.3. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, where applicable (for paid tracked services).

Returns

2.1. We accept returns within 7 days of receipt of your order.

2.2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

2.3. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@picknmixstamps.com with your order number and details of the item you wish to return. We will provide you with further instructions on how to return the item.

2.4. Please note that the cost of return postage is the responsibility of the customer.

2.5. Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund within 3-5 working days.
